WELL sh.p.k. Company, part of ALKOS GROUP ALBANIA, is expanding its operations in the city of Durrës and is looking to hire staff for its drugstore network for the following positions:
Full-Time Sales Staff, who will perform cashier, stock organizing, and customer service duties.
- Maintains and properly organizes products.
- Arranges merchandise on shelves or designated areas.
- Ensures every item on the shelf is labeled with the correct price.
- Monitors displays to replenish stock and helps organize stock according to required standards.
- Checks products on shelves for expiration dates and reports them to the manager.
- Identifies products without Albanian translations and applies the translations.
- Keeps the store, shelves, and surrounding areas clean.
- Assists customers during the purchasing process with their needs.
- Helps customers find the products they are interested in.
- Completed secondary education; higher education is an advantage.
- No current study commitments.
- Willing and able to work as part of a team.
- Available and flexible to work two shifts.
