Implement store-warehouse work processes in accordance with procedures, regulations, guidelines, and applicable legislation; ensure and maintain consistency between the recorded product stock quantities and the actual stock during store product transactions.
Warehouse / Depot Personnel Casa Italia
- Receives supplies for the stores according to procedure and records the packages in the system. Collects products whose allocations have been accepted in the system for store stock as soon as possible.
- Checks the alarms and labels of products received for store stock twice and ensures they are placed in sections as soon as possible; adjusts warehouse-section transactions and distributes products to section staff.
- Informs the Warehouse Representative and/or store management of any errors identified during supply receipt (excess or missing products, incorrect products, etc.). Takes corrective actions as instructed.
- Sends returned or transferred products to the respective warehouses on time in accordance with procedures.

- Monitors the need for materials (printing documents, seal boxes, toners, labels, A4 paper, etc.) in the warehouse, and informs the Warehouse Representative and/or store management to arrange supply of these materials.
- Checks whether the warehouse complies with audit standards and informs the Warehouse Representative and/or store management to ensure corrective actions are taken.
