Carry out store-warehouse work processes in compliance with procedures, regulations, instructions, and applicable legislation; ensure and maintain consistency between the recorded product stock quantities and the actual stock during store product transactions.

- Receive supplies for the stores according to procedure and record the packages in the system. Collect products whose allocations have been accepted in the system for store stock as soon as possible.
- Double-check the alarms and labels of products received for store stock that need to be placed in sections as soon as possible; adjust warehouse-section transactions, and distribute products to section staff.
- Inform the Warehouse Representative and/or store management of any errors identified during supply receipt (excess or missing products, wrong products, etc.). Take corrective actions according to given instructions.
- Send returned or transferred products to the respective warehouses on time in accordance with procedures.

- Monitor the needs for materials (printing documents, seal boxes, toners, labels, A4 paper, etc.) in the warehouse, and inform the Warehouse Representative and/or store management for their supply.
- Check if the warehouse complies with audit standards and inform the Warehouse Representative and/or store management to ensure corrective actions are taken.
