As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for a committed and ambitious Travel Operations Coordinator to strengthen our Operations Team.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home anywhere in Albania.

Your Mission

Once a journey has been confirmed by our sales team, you become responsible for turning it into a flawless travel experience.

You coordinate every operational detail—from hotel reservations and supplier communication to supporting travellers during their journey. You ensure that everything is organised accurately, professionally and on time.

You enjoy taking ownership, thrive in a dynamic environment and understand that outstanding customer experiences are created through precision, commitment and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Manage the complete operational execution of tailor-made journeys and group travel.
• Book hotels, transfers, excursions, rental cars and other travel services throughout the Balkans.
• Maintain daily communication with hotels, guides, transport companies and local suppliers.
• Follow up on confirmations, payments and booking deadlines.
• Prepare travel documents and operational files.
• Monitor reservations and ensure every detail is correct.
• Support travellers before and during their trip by email, WhatsApp and telephone.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly, calmly and professionally.
• Work closely with colleagues in Albania and the Netherlands.
• Contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in tourism, hospitality or travel operations.
• Experience with tailor-made travel or destination management is a strong advantage.

Languages

• Native Albanian.
• Professional English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages such as Dutch, German, Italian or French are considered a strong advantage.
