Victoria Home Decor is seeking to hire a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who is creative and passionate about aesthetics, marketing, and social media. This is a hybrid role, requiring physical presence at the showroom once a week to create visual materials and coordinate content. The remaining tasks can be done flexibly or online.
Duties:
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media.
- Prepare monthly content plans and calendars.
- Create Reels, Stories, posts, and other formats.
- Write copy and tailor communication to each brand’s identity.
- Manage and publish content on social media platforms.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate materials/content.
- Keep up with trends and turn them into relevant ideas for brands.
- Analyze performance and continuously suggest new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Social Media Management and/or Content Creation.
- Creativity and a strong visual sense.
- Ability to create and produce video/content.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Resident of Lushnje.
