Our company is seeking to hire a Salesperson to strengthen the team and deliver excellent service to our customers. This role requires dedication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Accept and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and offering recommendations.
- Manage payments and ensure all transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
- Prepare and maintain the work area, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Collaborate closely with other staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services to inform customers.
- Participate in training and other activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of the Albanian language and at least one foreign language.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
