The shop salesperson is responsible for presenting and selling products by providing information or explaining the features and qualities of these products.
- Ensures customers receive prompt and quality service.
- Greets customers and guides them to the product(s) they are seeking.
- Informs customers about the range of products offered and demonstrates or explains the use and operation of the product for sale.
- Advises customers on the use and care of the respective product.
- Informs customers about product prices and available payment methods.
- Records sales in the appropriate registers or computer system.
- Prepares supply requests when products are out of stock in their service unit.
- Stacks and promotes goods for sale, including completing and packaging them.
- Provides additional information about various services offered in their unit when necessary.
- Checks the preparation of invoices, accounts, or receipt of payments.
- Prepares daily, monthly, and yearly reports on the work performed in their service unit.
- Education : Must have completed secondary school.
- Foreign languages : English.
- Computer skills : Microsoft Office package.
- Required experience : Over one year of experience in service and sales, preferably with experience in the SKINCARE sector.
- Age: Over 25 years old.
