The company is seeking to hire a Telephone Sales Operator for a call center
In this role, you will be responsible for selling mobile phone and internet products, with a competitive salary and monthly bonuses.
- Make calls to sell mobile phone and internet products to customers in Switzerland
- Provide detailed information and support about the products offered by the company
- Manage customer relationships by delivering excellent service
- Work with the team to meet sales targets and improve processes
- Ensure all customer information is handled in accordance with company policies
- Fluent in German, French, Italian, or Spanish to communicate with customers in Switzerland.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or call centers is an advantage.
