Open position: Remote - Assistant for the Fidocommercialista online platform – Italian accounting agency
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00
Required language: Italian C1/C2 (mandatory)
Position description:
A well-established Italian accounting agency is seeking a candidate for the role of Assistant for the online platform. The selected individual will provide administrative support through digital systems, ensuring efficient management of operational workflows and high-quality service to clients.
- Main responsibilities: Managing client interactions via the online platform;
- Entering and updating data;
- Preparing and processing documentation;
- Assisting in resolving technical issues related to the platform.
- Required qualifications: Excellent command of the Italian language, both spoken and written (mandatory);
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms;
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
