Saturn ApartHotel is seeking a Receptionist to welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures;
- Managing reservations, phone calls, and messages;
- Providing guests with information about hotel services;
- Coordinating with staff to ensure the best possible guest experience.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Knowledge of English; other languages are a plus;
- Organizational skills and computer proficiency;
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
