Product Manager

A successful pharmaceutical company with a long-standing tradition in producing and selling top-quality medicines and related products, aiming to expand its operations, is looking for a new, motivated, and responsible member to join the Representation team in Albania as a Product Manager.

Work location: Albania

• Identifying new business opportunities (new products, new clients) as well as improving existing business relationships;
• Designing effective responses to market changes and monitoring competitor activities;
• Independently developing practical training for new and existing sales staff to prepare them for fieldwork;
• Drafting and implementing the annual sales plan for the products under their responsibility, together with the supervisor;
• Planning, coordinating, and executing activities for the products under their responsibility, and providing periodic reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly) to the supervisor on the progress of planned activities;
• Designing and executing the market launch of new products;
• Defining and implementing marketing and product positioning strategies;
• Developing and enhancing relationships with opinion leaders and decision-makers;
• Creating new promotional and educational materials;
• Organizing marketing activities and participating in congresses, symposiums, seminars, and meetings of medical and pharmacist sections and associations;
• Continuously developing professionally and staying updated with the latest medical information;
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual analyses of sales effectiveness and refining strategies to ensure product sales growth;
• Preparing periodic reports on activities and future strategies to improve product positioning, and presenting them to supervisors;

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or economics (higher education – Bachelor/Master professional);
• Previous work experience in the same or similar roles, at least 3 years, is preferred;
• Active command of English and computer skills;
• Flexibility and strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills;
• Success-driven and focused on quality improvement;
• Good analytical and reporting skills;
• Willingness to work in the field;
• Category B driving license.
