FGA Group is seeking to hire a Painter or Assistant Painter for Furniture to join the production team. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.
Duties:
- Preparing furniture surfaces for painting.
- Sanding, cleaning, and treating surfaces.
- Preparing and applying paint, varnish, and other finishing materials.
- Using the paint spray gun and tools, according to experience.
- Performing quality control and finishing of furniture.
- Following project color schemes and specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and tools.
- Adhering to workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in furniture painting is an advantage.
- For the Assistant Painter role, experience is not required; training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Motivation for work and long-term commitment.
