Position: Goods Arrangement Worker
Reports to: Market Manager / Shift Supervisor
Position Purpose
Ensure the arrangement, organization, and proper display of products in the market, guaranteeing their availability on shelves, correct labeling, and appropriate customer service.
- Arranges and organizes goods on shelves and in designated areas.
- Ensures every product has the correct price/label.
- Checks expiration dates and reports problematic products to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Checks and identifies products missing the required labeling/translation in Albanian and acts according to company procedures.
- Monitors shelf stock and ensures continuous replenishment of products.
- Maintains the arrangement, presentation, and upkeep of products.
- Keeps shelves and the work area clean and orderly.
- Assists customers in locating products and meeting their requests.
- Records unfulfilled customer requests and reports them to the Manager/Supervisor.
- Understands basic product features and informs/promotes products to customers when requested.
- Reports shortages, damages, expirations, or other issues found.
- Follows procedures, hygiene standards, and the company’s internal regulations.
- Performs other duties related to the position as directed by the Market Manager.
- Secondary education.
- Responsibility, accuracy, and organization in work.
- Communication skills and customer focus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
