GOLDREX is a fast-growing company in the precious metals and refining industry, currently active in the U.S. market and preparing for European expansion.
GrowtHub is the dedicated telemarketing branch of GOLDREX, we're located in Tirana (Square 21 area) and we’re building a strong team in Albania to drive this growth. Backed by 15 years of industry experience, our founder is betting on Albania as the engine behind this ambitious expansion.
We’re looking for motivated, articulate, and professional individuals who thrive on phone conversations, feel confident engaging with clients, and are driven by results.
What You’ll Do
- Call potential clients from our internal database
- Present our services in a professional and approachable way
- Handle objections and client questions with confidence
- Gather key information and coordinate follow-ups with our internal team
Requirements
- English proficiency ( C1, or C2 – spoken and written) – mandatory
- Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
- Can work well in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for client follow-ups and notes
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service – a plus

We Offer:
- Fixed Salary + Bonuses;
- Working hours: Part time, 2:30 PM - 6:30PM or 6:30 to 10:30PM.
