About the Role
To strengthen our operations between our office in Albania and Fercam Austria, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Transport Assistant.
In this role, you will support our Transport Managers in Austria in the daily coordination of international road transports. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational processes and high service quality for our customers and partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in international logistics and grow within a dynamic European transport company.
Your Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational support of Transport Managers in Austria
- Monitoring and tracking of international shipments
- Communication with hauliers, drivers and internal departments
- Supporting performance tracking and KPI monitoring
- Handling daily operational follow-ups and exception management
Your Profile
- University degree (Logistics, Business Administration or similar – preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in transport and logistics
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Serbian language in an advantage.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
