Position Summary: A Cashier is responsible for the daily management of their cash register in line with the company’s and Group’s values and policies. They ensure accuracy and correctness during the payment process, provide the necessary information, and at the same time deliver outstanding service to every customer, accompanied by a smile, kindness, and professional conduct.
- Scans products accurately and handles payments; closes the cash register and hands over cash at the end of the shift.
- Ensures the security of the cash register (locking, access, software).
- Reports any problems, complaints, or technical issues to management.
- Delivers quality customer service and manages shift change procedures according to guidelines.
- Keeps the cash register and surrounding area clean and tidy.
- Organizes and restocks products in the cash register area following instructions.
- Cooperates with staff and other departments.
- Assists in training new employees.
- Education: Secondary or higher education.
- Work experience is an advantage.
- Other skills: Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to operate basic cash register software.
