Position Summary:
A Stock Clerk is responsible for organizing products in their designated locations according to company standards. They continuously restock shelves and are responsible for cleanliness, as well as regularly organizing their department and beyond. They assist in selling products according to customer requests while maintaining the customer service standard with excellent communication skills.
- Organizes and arranges products in the store
- Assists in maintaining stock and ensuring continuous supply
- Ensures products are regularly and attractively displayed
- Provides assistance and information to customers
- Reports and helps resolve various situations
- Supports training and integration of new staff
- Collaborates with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage)
- Ability to efficiently use work tools
- Ability to identify and explain products
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
