Implementation Engineer for Photovoltaic Park Structures, experienced in verifying and managing construction site work, responsible for the correct execution of the structural project on site, supervising workers, and testing the supporting structures.
- Monitoring and implementing the structural project of the photovoltaic park on site (ground structures, fixed or with tracker).
- Verifying that assembly complies with executive drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervising and coordinating workers and installation teams on site.
- Planning daily and weekly work and distributing tasks.
- Checking the positioning, axis, elevation, and verticality of the supporting structures.
- Verifying the depth of pile driving (piling) and deviations from the project.
- Checking the tightening of bolts and structural connections.
- Conducting and monitoring tests (pull-out, torque) on piles and structures.
- Checking the spacing between rows and the overall geometry of the field.
- Identifying and reporting technical issues during implementation.
- Coordinating with the electrical team, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Inspecting materials entering the site and managing resources.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on site.
- Preparing daily reports and photographic documentation of the work.
- Higher education in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Previous experience in implementation and site management.
- Good knowledge of reading structural project plans and technical drawings.
- Experience in photovoltaic parks.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for teams on site.
- Knowledge of basic technical software (AutoCAD, Excel).
- Category B driving license; willingness to stay near the site.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and quality orientation.

Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 07:00–16:00.
