- Delivers the curriculum in both theoretical and practical sessions (in the laboratory)
- Follows the course program precisely
- Tracks the progress of students throughout the learning process until certification
- Completed professional studies in Hydraulic or related fields
- Work experience in installing hydraulic systems
- Teaching experience is an advantage
- Computer skills (Office suite)
