ALCONS GROUP, on behalf of one of its client companies, is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Telephone Operator with excellent knowledge of the German language.
- Communicating with clients by phone in German.
- Providing information and assistance to clients following company procedures.
- Professionally handling client requests and inquiries.
- Delivering quality service and maintaining proper communication.
- Achieving the targets set by the company.
- Excellent spoken and written German language skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to the work environment.
- Previous experience in a Call Center is an advantage.
- Motivated, accurate, and responsible.
