With more than two decades of experience in the appliance industry, the company offers a wide selection of major home appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, laundry, dishwashing, and outdoor kitchen products; from trusted brands, supported by knowledgeable customer service, flexible financing, and delivery options.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talent who will be responsible for managing and optimizing third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, GreenToe, etc.), overseeing operations, and leading the offshore support team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy and GreenToe.
- Lead and coordinate existing team (agents in the Philippines).
- Oversee: Order processing, Customer service workflows, Repricing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies.
- Improve marketplace performance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years Marketplace strategy experience in ALL of these Marketplaces: Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy and GreenToe.
- Ecommerce operations knowledge as well as Shopify experience.
- Team leadership and coordination experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize pricing and operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Industry curiosity.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST .
