Contact Center Associate
We are looking for a Contact Center Associate to support customers and internal teams by handling inbound calls chat and emails.
This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and helps coordinate communication between clients, partners, and the Fulfillment Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer support calls and emails.
- Provide first-level assistance and answer general customer questions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to confirm and share delivery details.
- Communicate updates to clients via phone and email.
- Assist customers with refill orders through partner websites.
- Support partner sites by handling inbound inquiries.
- Escalate or coordinate issues with the appropriate internal departments when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work remotely with a home office setup.
- 16 -1 & 17-2 Schedule – 2 days off.
