The Bakery is seeking to hire a Salesperson to deliver excellent customer service and increase sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store and providing the best possible experience for customers.
- Accept and process customer orders accurately and promptly
- Provide information about products and assist customers in making their selections
- Manage inventory and ensure products are always available
- Prepare and display products attractively for customers
- Participate in promotional and sales activities to generate interest in products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle payments and record transactions in the cash register system
- Work with the team to meet sales goals
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the food industry
- Effective communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills and motivation to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of bread products and customer preferences
