Moncheri Coffee Shop, one of the most organized and leading chains in the market, is looking to hire: Barista.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure quality service for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee shop areas, following established standards.
- Prepare various drinks, including coffee and other specialty beverages, according to customer requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service, making sure customers feel welcome and satisfied.
- Be prepared to work under pressure and handle different situations as part of the team.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to their questions and concerns.
- Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage service sector.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be customer-focused.
- Be organized and committed, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Have good knowledge of coffee and other beverage preparation, as well as hygiene standards.
